Any cancellation, deposit, or rescheduling terms stated in an individual quote, invoice, or written service agreement will control for that specific job.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and property information and to have authority to request work at the service location. You may be asked to provide safe property access and identify known hazards, delicate surfaces, damaged areas, electrical concerns, water-access issues, pets, gates, alarms, or other conditions that could affect the work.

Results may vary depending on age, condition, material, prior damage, oxidation, staining, biological growth, coatings, drainage, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
